The doorman! He is amazing, so enthusiastic and really takes his duties seriously. The blackout curtains, corridor seating (parents of young kids sharing our room), and the wifi was the best we have had. The receptionists were so helpful, even if we only managed to communicate through broken english/Spanish and google translate. The breakfast team too! Reception even organised us the best breakfast box to takeaway the day we checked out at 5am, thank you!

The building is old but everything has been remodeled/repaired and looks good, clean, and organized. Similar to what you would expect from a hotel in Europe. Beautiful scenery from the bar upstairs.

Everyone who works there is exceptionally kind, helpful and accommodating. My room is left immaculate every single day after Housekeeping has been in. I went on a 2 day 1 night Colca Canyon trek and had told the lady at front desk that I'll be off at 3am and that I won't be returning the next day but will still be keeping my room, and she immediately offered me a breakfast box that'll be ready for when I leave.
